Jura’s unpretentious beauty makes it a truly special place, offering plenty of opportunities to experience its charm when you visit. Although just five miles off the west coast of Scotland, the island has retained a rare sense of remoteness. With only around 230 residents, a single-track road and a refreshing absence of commercial activity, Jura provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Yet, despite its peaceful nature, there is no shortage of things to see and do, with endless opportunities to explore and immerse yourself in the island’s glorious and tranquil surroundings.
