The Agent's House is situated in the little village of Whitney on Wye, just over 4 miles from the famous literary town of Hay on Wye and 15 miles from the cathedral city of Hereford. We offer high quality, stylish bed & breakfast accommodation in a relaxing rural location; perfect for a get-away at any time of the year.
The Agent's Office - King Double: The main room has an elegant high ceiling with beautiful, tall, distinctive double aspect windows, stripped wood flooring and original herringbone tiles. It includes a king-size bed and mirrored wardrobe. The room also contains a modern kitchenette with fridge/hob for breakfast preparation and has its own wood burner for those chillier nights. A modern en suite shower room leads off the main room.
Josie's Annexe - Double: A mini open plan kitchen (two-ring hob, fridge, sink) with slate work surfaces is located off the main room and comes equipped with crockery and cooking pans/utensils for breakfast preparation. For eating, there is a small table & chairs or for warmer times, why not take advantage of your own private deck area to dine al fresco? The room has underfloor heating and a modern, en suite shower room leads off the main room.
Montgomery’s Coach House- Super king: Based in a former coach house, this wonderful space sleeps 4 people in a 2 large super king double/twins. The rooms are dog friendly, perfect for your four legged friend.
Countryside double room: Our south facing double en suite is based within the main house and boasts amazing views of the River Wye. The room come with tea and Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk coffee making facilities, a flat screen smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a shared balcony.

The cathedral city of Hereford, with its renowned chain library and mappa mundi. The market town of Leominster are approximately 15 miles east and north east of Whitney on Wye. The beautiful town of Ludlow, well known for its high number of reputable eateries is within striking distance by car. More locally, you can drive along the Herefordshire 'Black and White Trail', a circular route which takes you through a number of villages with pretty houses and churches. There is many an interesting stop off point for a stroll or refreshment along the way.
