We have 3 individually styled en suite bedrooms to choose from, all perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. Each room features comfortable gel-topped mattresses, deluxe cotton bedlinen and towels, a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Guests also enjoy complimentary parking and the convenience of a silent fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottled water. Tea and coffee making facilities, a well-stocked hospitality tray and luxury Cole & Lewis toiletries are provided, along with stylish Willis and Gambier furniture. Birch Superior Room
Unwind in our spacious and inviting spring-themed bedroom, Birch, which features an extra-large walk-in shower and a cosy seating area perfect for relaxing. The room’s large bay window offers a stunning view over The Green and Stillingfleet Beck, where you might even spot a barn owl gliding by at dusk. Designed for comfort and flexibility, Birch includes super-king or twin beds, blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep and thoughtful touches throughout to ensure a peaceful and memorable stay.
Evergreen
Evergreen is a quiet and comfortable winter-themed double bedroom, ideal for a relaxing stay. The room also offers a lovely view over The Green and Stillingfleet Beck, adding to its tranquil charm. The en-suite bathroom combines vintage elegance with modern comfort, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath and a walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the countryside.
Maple
Maple is a quiet and comfortable king-sized room with a warm autumn theme, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Characterised by its charming exposed wooden beams, this inviting space combines rustic charm with modern comfort. The room also features a sparkling en-suite shower room, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
We also offer self catering accommodation in Willow Cottage. The cottage sleeps 4, ideal for a family with children. Dogs are also welcome, but not in the main house. From £90 - £145 per night let on a self catering basis. Please see website for further details.

Harmony Tea Room is located onsite, has a simple rustic menu created with quality ingredients and a whole load of love! Serving delicious homemade bakes, locally roasted coffee & speciality teas. Afternoon Teas and Bottomless Brunches available to prebook.
The village of Stillingfleet is based between York and Selby, offering an ideal base for exploring the area. A scenic 10-minute drive through countryside takes you to the Park and Ride at McArthur Glen Designer Outlet on the edge of York. The local area has lots of picturesque walking and cycling routes to enjoy, including The Solar System Way cycle trail. Castle Howard is within 30 a minute drive and the historic city of York offers famous attractions, including York Minster and Clifford’s Tower.
