Cairngorm Guest House is a 13-bedroom property offering high-quality accommodation in the heart of Aviemore. Ideally situated, it provides easy access to local bars, restaurants and public transport links, all just a short 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Our guest house has a range of comfortable and peaceful bedrooms available. All the rooms include a television, hair dryer and tea coffee making facilities. 5 rooms are on the ground floor and the remaining 8 are situated upstairs, with some having great views of the Cairngorm Mountains. The rooms are as follows:
7 double rooms have kingsize beds.
3 twin rooms.
3 family rooms (sleeps 4).
1 family room (sleeps 3).

We offer a delicious breakfast in our Victorian dining room or choose the sunny conservatory. You can choose a hearty breakfast or fresh fruit and yoghurt. Vegetarian dishes are also available.
Aviemore and the surrounding area has an abundance of activities for you to pursue: mountain biking, hill walking, rock climbing, skiing, bird watching, fishing, walking, golfing and white water rafting to mention just a few. There are many activity providers to assist you.
