Cairngorm Guest House is a 12 bedroomed guest house offering excellent accommodation in Aviemore. We are in a great location, with bars, restaurants, rail and bus links only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Our lovely guest house has a range of comfortable and peaceful bedrooms available. All the rooms include a television, hair dryer and tea coffee making facilities. 5 rooms are on the ground floor and the remaining 8 are situated upstairs, with some having great views of the Cairngorm Mountains. The rooms are as follows:
7 double rooms have kingsize beds.
3 twin rooms.
3 family rooms (sleeps 4).
1 family room (sleeps 3).
You can unwind in the resident’s lounge which comes with comfy seating, an original Victorian fireplace, TV and games to play.

Aviemore and the surrounding area has an abundance of activities for you to pursue: mountain biking, hill walking, rock climbing, skiing, bird watching, fishing, walking, golfing and white water rafting to mention just a few. There are many activity providers to assist you.
