Description

Acer Glen B&B is a modern bed and breakfast, within easy walking distance to many Inverness restaurants, bars and shops. We offer well appointed accommodation to both business and leisure guests, as we are well situated for those travelling by car, rail or bus. Within a 20 minute drive you can reach Inverness Airport. The city of Inverness is the focal point for the Highlands and is located at the mouth of the Great Glen. You can enjoy spectacular panoramas of crystal clear lochs, lush green forests, rugged mountains and enchanted moorlands.

We have ensured that all of the guest rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished. Each room includes Wi-Fi internet access, TV with SKY, tea/coffee facilities, DAB clock Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk radio and hair dryer. We also have a ground floor room available for those who prefer it.

There is a wood burning stove in the dining room that can warm heart and soul in the winter.

Renowned around the world for its history, culture and abundant natural landscape, the Highlands of Scotland is a world class destination and is a great place to visit year round. If you are looking for something more active, the Highlands are an outdoor playground for the adventure hungry. With white water rafting to mountain biking, surfing to abseiling, the Highlands can cater to anyone.

Acer Glen is ideally located for all this and more. With its very central location in the Heart of the Highland capital, close to the River Ness, the Castle, Cathedral and Eden Court Theatre. You can spend your day enjoying a wide range of independent shops, café, restaurants and bars, or the many national equivalents.

Inverness is an excellent jumping off point to explore: the west coast, the Isle of Skye, the northern tip of the UK (including John o’Groats; Orkney and the Shetlands).
