Burcombe Manor is set within its own three-acre grounds in the village of Burcombe, located in the picturesque Nadder Valley just over four miles west of Salisbury. Situated at the base of a 1,300-acre working farm, the manor is part of the Earl of Pembroke’s estate in southern Wiltshire and overlooks the peaceful water meadows. The surrounding farm is home to arable crops, sheep and pigs, offering a true glimpse of rural English life.
As you enter the house, a large oak-floored hall greets you, with a staircase featuring oak banisters leading to the guest accommodation. There are three centrally heated bedrooms upstairs, two of which have en-suite facilities. The third is a double room that shares a bathroom. One of the en-suite doubles can also be arranged as a family room if needed.

For those who love the outdoors, the area offers an extensive network of footpaths and bridleways, ideal for both walkers and horse riders. Nearby attractions include Wilton House, home of the Earl of Pembroke, the Wilton Carpet Factory and its shopping village, the Regimental Badges carved into the chalk hills at Fovant, the ancient monument of Stonehenge and the historic city of Salisbury with its cathedral, museum and shops. Further afield but still within an hour’s drive are Bath, Winchester, the New Forest and even the Isle of Wight, making Burcombe Manor a well-situated and charming base for exploring the region.
