The sea view rooms at Glan Y Mor Hotel enjoy breathtaking, uninterrupted views across Llandudno Bay and towards both the Great and Little Orme. The adult-only hotel is situated in Craig y Don at the quieter end of the promenade, where guests can take advantage of free on-road parking and a more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to the town.
Each bedroom has its own character and style. Four of the rooms offer sea views and are doubles that can also be booked for single occupancy, while the fifth room can be arranged as either a double or twin and enjoys a mountain view. All beds are made up with high-quality duvets, pillows, linen, cushions and throws to ensure a comfortable and restful stay.
Every room includes a seating area and a recently modernised en-suite shower room. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided and can be refreshed on request. Guests will also find a large flat-screen television, hair dryer, Bluetooth Text taken from bandbstays.co.uk speaker and USB charging sockets in each room, along with ample drawer space, hanging storage and a full-length mirror. Complimentary drinks, biscuits and toiletries are provided, with cold water and fresh milk available from fridges on the landings.
Breakfast is freshly prepared and served in the beautiful sea view dining room, and guests can also enjoy drinks and light evening snacks in the relaxing licensed bar. The breakfast selection includes yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit, followed by a cooked breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options, served with toast, butter, jams and honey, along with hot drinks and fruit juice. Guests are asked to notify the hotel of any allergies in advance.
In the evenings, drinks can be enjoyed in the bar (5.30pm-7.30pm) or outside on the front patio. Guests are welcome to bring a takeaway into the dining room between 6pm and 8pm and a table can be prepared on request. Alcohol purchased from the bar may also be taken to bedrooms or into the dining room.
The hotel’s location makes it easy to stroll into town, walk along the promenade towards either Orme, or drive out to explore the many nearby attractions. A wide choice of restaurants, takeaways, bars and pubs can be found within a five-minute walk of the hotel, with the town centre just a 20-minute walk away, offering plenty of options for eating out.
